The Canadian Experience Class is the most prominent Canada PR option for those candidates who have lived in Canada to study and gain work experience and want to become permanent residents.

Eligibility Requirements

Work Experience (12 months full-time or part-time experience) (under NOC TEER categories 0, 1, 2, or 3)

Skilled work experience (within the last three years in Canada)

Work experience must be lawfully obtained and cannot include work done during full-time studies in Canada.

Must achieve CLB 7 for NOC 0 or A jobs and CLB 5 for NOC B jobs on an approved language test.

Must intend to live outside the province of Quebec.

Foreign nationals without recent Canadian work experience are not eligible.
