The Website is owned and operated by SIEC Migration a firm bearing Corporate Identification Number 07ABOFS5423Q1ZE and having its registered office at B-2/9, 1st Floor, Opposite Happy Model School, Janakpuri, New Delhi 110058 (hereinafter ‘SIEC’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’). In these Terms & Conditions ‘you’, ‘your’ or ‘user’ means any person who accesses, browses or otherwise uses the Website.
By accessing or using the Website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.
Your access to and use of the Website is governed by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any other policy displayed on the Website. Where you engage SIEC for any service under a signed service agreement, that agreement shall prevail over these Terms & Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
You agree that you will use the Website only for lawful purposes, that you will not use it in any manner that may damage, disable or impair it and that you will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or to the systems or networks connected to it. SIEC may restrict or terminate the access of any user who violates these Terms & Conditions.
The information on the Website is intended for general information relating to the counselling, migration, visa facilitation and educational services offered by SIEC. While SIEC makes reasonable efforts to keep that information accurate and up to date, it does not guarantee that the information will always be complete, accurate or free from error. Website content may be updated, modified or removed from time to time. Services, fees, eligibility criteria, requirements and processes may likewise change without prior notice on account of business, regulatory or operational reasons.
SIEC provides information, counselling and facilitation services only. SIEC is a private service provider, is not a government body, is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or visa authority and does not offer or guarantee overseas employment. SIEC does not guarantee, warrant or assure any particular visa, admission, immigration, enrolment, examination, assessment or other outcome, as all such decisions rest solely with the concerned visa authority, embassy, consulate, government department, educational institution or other competent authority, which exercises independent discretion in accordance with its own policies, eligibility criteria and applicable law. The timelines, fees and requirements of such authorities and institutions are determined by them and may change without notice. SIEC shall not be liable for any refusal, rejection, delay or change in such requirements or outcomes.
SIEC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. The information collected through the Website may include your name, contact number, email address, postal address, enquiry details and service related information. This information is used for responding to enquiries, providing the services requested, processing registrations, communicating updates regarding SIEC services and improving customer experience.
Your personal data is collected and processed only with your consent and for the purposes stated above, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under those enactments, to the extent in force. SIEC processes such data only to the extent necessary for these purposes.
SIEC does not sell or rent personal data. Personal data is disclosed only where necessary for the service requested by you, to visa authorities, embassies, assessing bodies, educational institutions, payment gateway providers and service providers engaged by SIEC, some of whom may be located outside India, or where disclosure is required by law.
SIEC retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required under applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. SIEC maintains reasonable security practices and procedures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
You have the right to access, correct, update and seek erasure of your personal data, to withdraw your consent, to nominate another individual to exercise your rights and to grievance redressal. To exercise any such right you may write to migration@siecindia.com or to the Grievance Officer named in clause 17. If you are below eighteen years of age, your information must be submitted and consent given by your parent or lawful guardian.
Payments made through the Website are processed through secure third party payment gateway providers and all payment transactions are protected by encryption and security protocols. SIEC does not store complete credit or debit card details or sensitive payment information. Payment related information is handled according to the security standards followed by the authorised payment service provider.
SIEC uses cookies and similar technologies to remember user preferences, improve Website functionality, understand Website usage patterns and improve its services and communication. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, however some features of the Website may then not function properly.

Information available on the Website shall not be treated as legal, immigration or professional advice, save where advice is given to you in writing by SIEC under a signed service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIEC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, opportunity, data or profit, arising from the use of or inability to use the Website, reliance on Website information, Website interruptions, technical issues or third party website links.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of SIEC for any other loss arising out of or in connection with the Website or these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to SIEC for the specific service to which the claim relates.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of SIEC for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
By using the Website you agree that the information provided by you will be accurate and complete, that you will not submit false or misleading information, that you will not misuse the Website or its services and that you will comply with applicable laws. Any consequence arising from incorrect information provided by the user shall remain the responsibility of the user.
You agree to indemnify and protect SIEC, its directors, officers, employees, representatives and partners against any claims, damages, losses, expenses or legal costs arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your misuse of the Website or any inaccurate information submitted by you.
SIEC reserves the right to modify Website content, update services, remove features and change these Terms & Conditions. Any change shall become effective once published on the Website and shall apply prospectively. Continued use of the Website after such publication means that you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
Fees paid for any product, service, counselling, migration service or educational service through www.siecmigration.com are refundable only where the service has not commenced or been rendered, where SIEC is unable to provide the service or where a refund is required under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Every refund shall be made after deduction of third party charges which are non refundable at source, such as application, registration, examination, assessment or government fees, as well as the reasonable administrative charges actually incurred by SIEC up to the date of the refund request.
Once the service has been rendered, the fee paid for it is non refundable. Fees are not transferable to any other person or service. Where you have signed a service agreement with SIEC, the refund terms of that agreement shall apply. An approved refund shall be credited to the original mode of payment within thirty (30) days of approval. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory right that cannot be waived.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Website or the services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
