IRCC Holds First Canadian Experience Class (CEC) Draw in Over Three Months

Ottawa, May 13, 2025 — After more than three months, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has once again invited Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates to apply for permanent residency through the Express Entry system.

In this latest draw, 500 candidates received Invitations to Apply (ITAs). To be selected, applicants needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 547 and had to create their Express Entry profile before 5:26 p.m. UTC on May 21, 2024.
