IRCC Issues 421 Invitations in Latest Express Entry PNP Draw

April 28, 2025 – Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited 421 candidates through a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw under Express Entry.

To qualify, candidates needed:

A minimum CRS score of 727
An Express Entry profile submitted before 5:11 p.m. UTC on September 9, 2024
