IRCC has issued invitations to apply (ITAs) to 400 applicants in the category-based selection draw for Agriculture and agri-food occupations with a 386 CRS score.

  • Canada issues departure, exclusion, or deportation orders for inadmissible individuals.
  • An Authorization to Return to Canada (ARC) allows those with deportation orders to seek re-entry.
  • Departure orders mandate leaving within 30 days, potentially evolving into deportation orders if not followed.
  • Exclusion orders restrict re-entry for at least one year, up to five years for misrepresentation, with repayment obligations.
  • Deportation orders permanently bar re-entry, requiring an ARC for any consideration, regardless of circumstances or time passed.
  • Departure order recipients may return if entry requirements are met; exclusion order recipients need an ARC for early return.
  • ARC is the only pathway for deportees seeking re-entry, making it mandatory for all deportation order recipients, irrespective of circumstances.
