In September 2018, Quebec launched the ARRIMA system, to be able to cope with the increased number of candidate applications received under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP).
From July 4 2019, candidates with an EOI in the ARRIMA system started receiving invitations to apply for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program. Once received, candidates are given a period of 60 days to submit an application for a Quebec Selection Certificate. (CSQ).
The first invitations have been given to candidates who have shown proof of a valid job offer from an eligible Quebec employer, or meet one of the following conditions:

The Ministry of Immigration, Diversity, and Inclusion (MIDI) has stated that there will be several more invitation rounds issued between July and January 16, 2020.
