Three Canadian Provinces Have Issued the Latest PNP Results

This week, Ontario, British Columbia (B.C.), and Manitoba have granted nominations via their Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), with Quebec also extending invitations through its provincial immigration scheme.

1. British Columbia

On 6th Feb, BC PNP issued draws for Skilled Workers and International Graduates for the following targeted occupations:

  • 46 candidates for the Childcare occupation were invited with a minimum score of 60.
  • 26 invitations for Construction occupations were issued for the minimum score of 75.
  • 39 candidates were invited for Healthcare occupation for a minimum score of 60.
  • Less than 5 candidates got invitations in Veterinary care with a minimum score of 60.

Following this week, BC PNP also issued a total of 102 invites in a general draw from the five streams under:

  • Skilled Worker
  • Skilled Worker – EEBC option
  • International Graduate
  • International Graduate – EEBC option
  • Entry Level and Semi-Skilled

Except for the "Entry Level and Semi-Skilled" category, applicants were mandated to attain a minimum score of 122. However, for the Entry Level and Semi-Skilled candidates under the BC PNP, the draw on February 6 required a minimum score of 97.

2. Ontario

On 6th Feb OINP issued 2086 Notifications of Interest for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream in Healthcare Occupations for the CRS score range of 379 and 430.

On 8th Feb, OINP conducted 3 more draws under the Human Capital Priorities stream and Employer Job Offer: International Student stream:

  • Human Capital Priorities draw: 2,118 invitations issued to tech occupations candidates with scores ranging from 471 and 480
  • Employer Job Offer - International Student draw: 1,182 invitations issued to candidates with scores ranging from 78 and above with NO targeted occupations.
  • Employer Job Offer - International Student draw: 1,252 invitations were issued to candidates with scores ranging from 73 and above in a targeted draw for health and tech occupations.
3. Manitoba
  • Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has issued 151 Letters of Advice to Apply to 282 candidates for the minimum score of 619.
  • MPNP has also issued 83 Letters of Advice to Apply under the International Education Stream, with No targeted score.
  • Through the Skilled Worker Overseas Stream, MPNP has issued 48 Letters of Advice to Apply with a minimum score of 713.
